Who will deliver my item?
All Standard UK post is sent via Royal Mail. Next day and EU signed for orders will be sent fully tracked via DPD
How much is postage?
All UK Standard Mail is Free Delivery. UK Next Day Delivery is £5.95 and EU Delivery is £9.99. All other countries delivery charge is £12.99 .
Do you combine postage?
We offer combined postage discounts on all our sales. All UK and international items will now benefit from No additional postage charge for any additional items. You will pay only one postage fee per order.
When will my item be sent?
All our items are dispatched Monday to Friday. Item will be dispatched once full payment is received. Payments received before 3pm will be sent the same working day, any payments received after 3pm will be processed the next working day.
Do I need to sign for the item?
All Recorded items require a signature on delivery. If there is no-one available to sign for the item(s) it will be taken to your local Postal Office and a "While you were out" Card will be left to re-arrange a delivery or to collect from the Post Office noted on your card. Some smaller items Will be sent without a signature needed for ease of delivery due to the value of the goods.
Do I ship Internationally?
Yes we do send items internationally to Countries all over the World. Once the item leaves the UK it will be then passed on to your local Postal Service for delivery
How long will it take for my item to be delivered?
UK Delivery timeframe:
Standard = 2-3 working days(Approximately).
Express = Next Working Day
International Delivery timeframe:
Delivery timeframe Europe: 5-7 working days (Approximately).
Delivery timeframe Outside EU / Worldwide: 7-14 working days (Approximately).
Can I track my item?
All Recorded services will be sent with an individual reference number. Once the item(s) have been despatched you will receive a despatch email stating that your item(s) have been shipped. When you next log into your ebay account you should be able to see the tracking number for the delivery. If you can provide your phone number when ordering some of our postal services can contact you via email & SMS to provide even more tracking information. If you cannot see the tracking number please email us and we will confirm the number.
This is not a full trackable door to door service and the item(s) reference number is only used to confirm that the item(s) have successfully received the buyer. Once the item has been signed for the reference will show the time and date that the item was delivered and the signature for delivery.
This is fully trackable from door-to-door. Once the package leaves our premises it is scanned and then moved via depots tracked at regular intervals until it reaches the local depot for delivery. The item will need to be signed for on receipt to confirm delivery.
International Signed For items
Once the item leaves the UK it is then sent to an international courier and where applicable it can be tracked across the couriers delivery network in the designated country depending on the shipping service the item was sent with
What to do if my item does not arrive?
If your item has not arrived please open a case on eBay and we can look into the issue, but please note that our couriers have a set timeframe in their terms and conditions before we can claim as the item lost. Please see below timeframes for lost item claims:
15 Working Days: Standard/Recorded Delivery (UK)
20 Working Days: International Signed For Airmail - Europe
25 Working Days: International Signed For Airmail - Rest of World
Can I return my item(s)?
We are happy to accept and refund any Unused items/Goods deemed faulty on inspection from ourselves within 30 days of receipt with all original tags and packaging intact .
You can now send the items back fast and easy with our simple returns process. Please contact us prior to sending back any returns. Please note the returns information below is for UK customers only. Any customers outside of the uk please contact us and we can advise applicable returns information for your country.
1. Package the parcel ready for return including original delivery note with completed return reason below.
2. Attach the pre printed return address label provided below to the return parcel.
3. Take to your local Post Office and get a proof of posting receipt to cover you in the unfortunate event of any loss in the return process. We cannot be held responsible in the event of loss if you cannot provide proof of postage.
Please Note: Do not put directly into a post box as the item will not be returned.
Is this service available outside the UK?
Please note that this returns process is only available to UK clients and this return service is not applicable outside the UK. The buyer must pay for any returns from outside the UK.
How / When will I receive a refund?
Royal Mail returns can take up to 10 working days to arrive. Once the return arrives it will be processed and refunded within 24 hours of receipt.
Can I exchange my item(s)?
Unfortunately we do not offer an exchange on return items. If you need a dfferent size/if the item is not suitable please re-buy the size/itemneeded online and request a return through the resolution centre for the unwanted item and follow the above return process to send the item back to ourselves.
