delivery was good but that was the only thing the xbox1 i sent for was
faulty could get no signal to the TV. the phone No they gave to get in touch was not good the only way was online when asked for replacement they reply for picking up for testing not replacing
finished up going through Microsoft it self they replace it no trouble at all

Package was NOT sealed, hence the loss of the fifth star, otherwise great value (especially with the extra rakuten points) and speedy delivery.

Like the previous few reviewers my console arrived with the security seal at on the bottom of the box sliced open and the Fifa 16 Code removed (the barcode on the bottom indicates this is the Fifa 16 Bundle)
The only reason I didn't give this one star was due to the quick despatch.
Can I return my game?
Unwanted, unopened games/consoles/accessories can be returned within 8 working days of receiving your order at the customers expense. Any damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of your order. Please contact our customer services team prior to sending an item back
I have returned my game, when do I get my refund?
Returned orders will be refunded in full within 48 hours. The money will then show back your account within 3-5 working days.
My item appears to be faulty, what do I do?
Faulty items need to reported to us within 28 days of receipt for a full refund or replacement. ALL tems will be tested and if deemed to be operationally sound (or faulty as a result of any form of misuse) will not be approved for refund or replacement. Faulty Consoles need to be returned to us in their original boxes with matching serial numbers and including all original box contents (Power adaptor, HDMI lead, controller etc).
