Aaima Qaiser Fashion began trading in 2010 after the birth of my daughter Aaima (meaning "Leader" in Arabic).

Being passionate about South Asian fashion I wanted to be at the forefront, offering beautiful designer Silks, Satins, Cotton and jewellery to customers in the UK on-line.

Five years later, we have many customers in the UK and Worldwide, happy with the product and service received.

We offer a Second Class Recorded Service for all items. A tracking number is generated for the order and forwarded to the customer on dispatch. A courier service may also be used for delivery in special circumstances at the sellers discretion.

Royal Mail Standard Airmail

Royal Mail Standard Airmail service will be used for all orders, with exceptions to jewellery sets.

DHL or Fed Ex courier service may be used for some jewellery sets at sellers discretion.

Courier Delivery

Courier service complete with tracking number and delivery times of 2-5 working days.

This service is only available in mainland UK.


 

EXPRESS DELIVERY (UK)

Return Policy

Returns
Once Products are assigned or despatched, you have the right to cancel within 7 days following delivery by post to, Returns Department; (Address will be confirmed once we have authorised a returns code). Return postage is payable by the Customer. A traceable service is suggested.
We ask that you obtain proof of posting from the post office. You bear the risk of loss and damage to the Products until we have received them.
For hygiene reasons, swimwear with the protective strip removed, underwear, earrings, beauty items cannot be returned or cancelled, unless in accordance with your legal rights e.g. if confirmed as defective by us. Swimwear may be returned providing the protective strip has not been removed.
Refunds will only be given through the original payment method, where appropriate.
